Basement Renovation   Mechanicsville, MD

The Rathburn family in Mechanicsville, MD had a basement with plenty of potential but little to show for it. Broad Creek Kitchens, Bath & Home turned that unfinished space into a comfortable, finished area that is now a real part of their home. The before and after photos below show the full transformation, from a bare, utilitarian basement to a clean, bright, welcoming living space.

A basement renovation is one of the best ways to add usable square footage without building an addition. Our team handled the project from start to finish, with careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and attention to the details that make a finished basement feel like the rest of the house. The Rathburns now have extra room for family time, entertaining, and everyday living, all under the roof they already have.

If you’re thinking about finishing or updating your basement in Mechanicsville, Leonardtown, Charlotte Hall, or anywhere in Southern Maryland, Broad Creek Kitchens, Bath & Home can help.
